There are three names you already know for "the software you write, present, and organize your work in." We think there's room for a fourth.
Today we're introducing Enfusion, EcoWestern's productivity suite, built to compete directly with M365, Google Workspace, and whatever Apple is calling iWork this week. Two apps are live starting today, with the rest of the suite landing by the end of this week.
Why another productivity suite
M365 is enterprise-first and it shows, every workflow assumes a compliance team is watching. Google Workspace is free because your documents are useful to Google somewhere else; that's not a conspiracy, it's just the business model. iWork is fine, if you don't mind a product that hasn't been meaningfully rethought in years.
None of them were built as one thing. They were assembled, acquired, merged, rebranded, and you can feel the seams if you use them long enough.
Enfusion is being built as a single, coherent platform from the ground up. Same design language, same underlying engines, same philosophy across every app in the suite. And critically: your files stay yours. No ecosystem tax for leaving, because we're not betting the business on you being unable to.
What's live today
Envisiondocs is our word processor, full-featured, with no asterisks. If you've used any word processor in the last decade, you already know how to use this one. It's the easiest place to start, and the best way to see what Enfusion actually feels like.
Envisionjot is where it gets more interesting. It's a block-based knowledge tool, the same territory Notion and Obsidian live in, with one thing neither of them has: drop a canvas into any page with a slash command, and you're drawing. Shapes, sketches, mini-visuals, built right into your notes. That canvas isn't a toy drawing layer bolted on for show, it's powered by the same engine behind Envisiondeck, our presentation app. Real design tooling, living inside your notes.
What's coming this week
The rest of the suite is close behind:
- Envisiondeck: presentations, built by the same team and the same engine that already lives inside Envisionjot's canvases.
- Excelerate: spreadsheets, with a name that should tell you exactly what it's aiming to replace.
By the end of the week, Enfusion will be a complete, four-app suite, docs, notes, decks, and sheets, built as one platform instead of four separate products stitched together after the fact.
